Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. Rates may increase, and restrictions apply near closing time.

Package Insurance: Covered up to $100.

Delivery Proof: Available upon request.

When Special Service Fees Apply

While our base rate typically covers most needs, there are specific scenarios where additional fees might be necessary. These situations are less common but are relevant under certain conditions, as outlined below.

  • Bicycle Packages:

    • Packages over 21″ and larger than a Medium FedEx Express Box.

    • Packages over 38″ or equivalent to a FedEx 10kg Box or file box.

    • Packages over 10 lbs.

  • Vehicle Packages:

    • Packages over 20 lbs.

    • Loading/unloading extended over 7 mins.

  • Waiting Time: Over 5 minutes.

  • Special Handling: For poorly packaged fragile items or those requiring extra care during transport.

  • Large Shipments: Freight charges apply for shipments that need a van. Request a quote.

  • Other Charges: Additional fees may apply for incorrect addresses, reattempted deliveries, and extra stops.
